Salary: £33,920 - £41,735 per annum
As part of the Estate Services Management Team you will provide a comprehensive caretaking service and specialist internal and external Estate Services. You will manage and supervise a team of caretakers and estate maintenance staff to deliver professional and efficient, high quality estate maintenance services, ensuring adequate service cover is provided at all times.
You will ensure day to day services are run smoothly, flexibly and meet the required performance standards. You will also ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to the community on the front line.
You will play a leading part in fire safety, estate inspections, dealing with complaints and attending tenant and estates meetings, to discuss improvements and agree service levels. You will keep and maintain impeccable records of your business, which will be subject to scrutiny at any time.
A key role is to establish responsibilities, objectives, accountabilities and measures, by agreement and delegation to your team. You will be actively involved in shaping service development.
You will need to be resilient to the pressures of a frontline service role, pro-active and a problem solver. You will be assertive, flexible and approachable; and able to motivate your team to continuously improve.
