Are you looking to use your social work skills to truly make a difference? Do you want to work in small teams with supportive managers and colleagues, where you can really get involved with children and families and help them change their future? Are you looking for a smaller but more varied case load that includes children in need, child protection, care and adoption?

 

If yes then North Somerset Council’s Community Family Team is looking for an ambitious, innovative and talented Consultant Social Work Practitioner.  You would need to be a highly experienced and skilled practitioner and be able to enhance our high-performance standards and have statutory experience.   You would need to hold extensive experience working with children and young people and have the motivation and potential to thrive and improve your skills through continuous professional development
