£5,982.91 per annum for 13 hours per week based at Camberley Adult Learning Center, France Hill Drive, Camberley GU15 3QB.
The working hours are Tuesday 9:30am to 2pm, Wednesday 9:30am to 2pm and Thursday 10am to 2pm, term time only for 39 weeks per year.

About the role
Surrey Adult Learning provide a wide range of daytime, evening and Saturday courses and learning opportunities for adults. The provision includes leisure courses like arts and crafts and languages; qualification courses such as GCSE's in English and Maths; classes which support those with learning difficulties and/or disabilities; classes aimed at parents/carers to help them support their children and improve their own skills; and an outreach provision aimed at vulnerable groups in the community who would not normally engage in any form of learning.
Surrey Adult Learning has seven centres across North and South West Surrey and is looking to appoint a Centre Assistant for its Camberley Centre.
Applicants should have a strong customer service background together with general administrative experience to ensure the effective operation of the Centre. You will also be expected to provide high quality direct customer care for the users of the Centre. Previous experience of a similar customer service role and administration would be advantageous, and you should have an interest in adult learning.
The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be well organised. They will need to be a strong team player with excellent administration skills and the ability to manage their own workload, meet deadlines and prioritise as required. High standards of accuracy and attention to detail are also required.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a practical and confident approach as the role involves some lone working.
