Onesource Collect and Onesource Process Service provide a public sector solution for the ethical and professional collection of local authority debt and service of documents

Revenues Collection and Process Serving Officer

£27,228 pa -      £28,215 pa

The jobs main purpose is to  visit defaulters to obtain payment and make enquiries to trace the whereabouts of absconders and to serve a vast range of legal documents in accordance with CPR rules.

You will be requied to work as part of a team dealing with the collection of varied Income streams.

 

You will need to have professional competence in all aspects of internal and external customer enquiries and to ensure that all customers receive a courteous, approachable, helpful and professional service.
