Occupational Therapist post - OT Enablement
Fixed Term for 12 months
£32,430 pa - £39,774 pa Plus £3k Market Supplement
As Occupational Therapists we have a strong focus on supporting customers to maximise their independence and safety in their home environment. We offer a personalised, asset-based approach with our customers and carers at the heart of decision-making.
We have a history of strong collaborative working with our health partners which further supports our commitment to providing joined up service provision.
We are recruiting a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to join our team of OT’s. You will be required to undertake proportionate but high quality OT assessments and reviews, which demonstrate your knowledge and skills in Adult Social Care, and application of the relevant legislation.
You will have a strong desire to deliver high quality interventions and will display a positive "can do" approach. Your excellent communication skills will be essential to your successful appointment, helping you build internal and external relationships essential to bring about positive outcomes for our customers. Experience working in Adult Social Care will be an advantage.
We will support you to develop your full potential and offer on-going learning and development opportunities together with regular supervision and performance appraisal. Our monthly OT Peer Learning is a supportive forum to enable you share and learn together with your peers.
