Flower Lane is a specialist Autism provision, providing support to a large range of individuals on the autism spectrum. We offer a diverse range of activities within the building and out in the community, being well supported by local transport links too.
We provide a supportive and person centred approach where staff support our service users to build upon their existing skills and to become more independent and enjoy life.
High importance is placed on enhancing and understanding communication and structure and consistency are key to enable all to feel secure and comfortable. We strive to work towards an inclusive community where everyone contributes something to the daily operation.
