About the role:
The Voice and Contact Centre PM (fixed term contract) will be responsible for the delivery of the Voice and Contact Centre technology and the relevant change as part of the Technology Foundation Programme. This role will manage the co-ordination of multiple interrelated projects and workstreams to deliver expected outcomes and benefits to the Council and its residents.
We’re looking for individuals who are driven to improve public services and have practical experience of delivering complex technology refresh and voice, contact centre and telephony programmes and projects.
You should have strong analytical skills, an ability to generate energy and excitement about change, the ability to work to tight deadlines and a strong drive for personal and professional development.
But above all, it’s your excellent interpersonal skills that will help you stand out – we’re looking for someone with the ability to challenge how we work as an organisation in sensitive and constructive ways, and experience of successfully influencing senior stakeholders within a complex organisation.
