In this exciting position you will support and develop your team, supervise good practice with safeguarding and complex cases and work in close collaboration with Health colleagues to make a real difference and achieve positive outcomes.
You will have excellent leadership and communication skills and be highly motivated in your approach to care delivery to ensure we provide a high quality service and the team you work within is well supported.
We are looking for motivated, experienced professionals who are committed to working in an integrated team and ready to embrace new ways of working. To further help shape services our recently implemented modernised office processes and performance management systems will support you with this.

A relevant registered professional qualification (Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Nursing) is required.
