So following the promotion of the former postholder, we have taken the opportunity to enhance this part of the Organisational Learning and Talent Management Team and create this unique opportunity for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join us.

What we’re looking for
You will have knowledge, and experience of using, various IT software packages to create diagnostic tools, which will have given you a demonstrable track record of interrogating and analysing data from a strategic vantage point, enabling you to generate intelligence and produce formal reports.
This is an innovative team at the forefront of change in HR so you must have a flexible attitude and bias for action, and experience of building and maintaining effective networks with various stakeholders and of coaching and developing team members.
You should have excellent, up-to-date, working knowledge of individual and collective employee relations issues together with experience of successfully supporting HR development, business processes and workflow systems - so your experience of project management will be essential.
