This post forms part of a small team delivering housing management and asset services.
To be appointed you will have to demonstrate: - a proven track record of delivering excellent communication skills to a diverse customer base, ability to deliver targets and outcomes to a high level, good IT skills. You will be able to organise your workload effectively, work accurately to produce high quality work to deadlines, effectively communicate with colleagues and the wider community. This is currently an essential car user post requiring a full clean driving licence and your own car.
Annual Leave: 23days plus bank holidays pro rata
