Working in a small but busy team you will assist the work of the Planning Policy Team to help shape the future of the district. In particular, you will assist with monitoring the provision of infrastructure and contributions, and ensuring contributions are received and spent in accordance with internal procedures and targets. You will liaise with internal and external bodies. You will also help to monitor the implementation of our Local Plan and contribute towards its review.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, dedicated and self-motivated team player who works well under pressure, has excellent information management skills (recording, monitoring, reporting, use of spreadsheets and word processing packages, analysis of data) along with good communication skills, both written and oral.
