The Schools' HR Team is going through a transformation as we review our service to schools in our drive to support positive school improvement outcomes. We are looking for someone who has a strong employee relations and change management background as well as experience of working positively with trade unions. You will be required to travel to schools around the borough on a regular basis and there may be occasional meetings outside of normal office hours.
