The Client Liaison Team support our Academy customers to ensure their payroll information is kept up to date and accurate, whilst providing guidance and advice on a range of pay, policy and procedure related queries. The team also supports the Council's DBS (criminal records check) provision.
The Personnel Assistant will be responsible for supporting multiple tasks including the day to day payroll workload,onboarding of new starters on our payroll system (SAP) and processing adverts. This is done whilst keeping our customers well informed and ensuring all information we are sent is accurately and efficiently processed within our monthly deadlines.

You may be pleased to know, it is not essential to have any prior experience of working in a HR environment, however, you will need to be a good communicator and take pride in the work you do. You cannot be afraid to get on the phones to keep our customers well supported and help us to continue to grow our excellent reputation further . There will be opportunity to go out and conduct face to face meetings with our customers to further enhance your working relationships.
