This exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Housing Service where you will have the opportunity to make a difference to how we deliver our services, and find your greatness helping the Council to achieve its ambition of being a more efficient and responsive Council.
With your passion and commitment, you will drive our customer's experience across multi-channel platforms to exceed our customer's expectations. You'll be working in a fast paced, digitally focused, creative team which strives to put our customers first. You will display strong leadership skills to create an inspired team working environment based on collaboration, hard work and fun. This is a busy responsive service area and your knowledge will guide and motivate colleagues to work together and adjust to new ways of working. You will actively implement systems and process change, and manage a programme of activity to drive improvements that will result in efficient use of resources and excellent customer services. You will take the lead on resolving complex issues and complaints, set rota's and monitor KPIs.
