About the role

We are seeking to recruit an Individual Needs Assistant to join our staff team. This will be a fixed term post to provide care, education and support to a pupil with individual needs in the Foundation Stage.
Applications are welcomed from those with recent experience of working with children who have language and communication learning difficulties and of managing individual needs within a classroom environment. Experience of working in a Nursery or Reception class setting will be considered an advantage.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to provide consistent, calm support and encouragement whilst maintaining clear behavioural boundaries.
The working pattern will be five mornings from 8.40 a.m. to midday, term time only.
