This will be a fixed term post to provide care, education and support to a pupil with individual needs in the Foundation Stage.</p>\n\n<p>Applications are welcomed from those with recent experience of working with children who have language and communication learning difficulties and of managing individual needs within a classroom environment. Experience of working in a Nursery or Reception class setting will be considered an advantage.</p>\n\n<p>The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to provide consistent, calm support and encouragement whilst maintaining clear behavioural boundaries.</p>\n\n<p>The working pattern will be five mornings from 8.40 a.m. to midday, term time only.</p>\n\n<p>At Harlands we believe that every child is unique and learns best when they are feeling safe, secure and happy.
