- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work in a dynamic, multi-agency environment, fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Communication: Utilise your excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop positive relationships and demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and empathy.
- Organisation: Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision and attention to detail.
- Independent Working: Operate independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing and managing your workload effectively.
- Financial Support: Provide financial administrative support, including managing cost centre budgets.
About you
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior managers, strategic groups, and in a multi-agency environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
- IT Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Organisational Ability: Demonstrable ability to manage multiple work streams and meet strict deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and networks with individuals and organizations.
- Integrity: Lead by example, promoting ethics, integrity, and the elimination of bias, while supporting the Council's values.
- Education: GCSE or equivalent education/experience, with full knowledge of administrative procedures equivalent to Level 3.
