support; both yourself and the team will be working hard to support people to regain their skills and independence following their hospital admission wherever possible.
As an experienced Social Worker, you will be accountable for delivering a statutory social work service for those people who need it. You will be responsible for ensuring that you are up to date with key developments and that business change is successfully implemented.
In the hospitals, we are looking for a candidate who can work collaboratively with individuals and effectively into the future, building on good partnership working with health colleagues. You will need to work inclusively with a diverse range of stakeholders and promote equality of opportunity. You'll need to be able to manage conflicting and competing priorities while remaining resilient.

* Registered with Social Work England
* Experience of undertaking assessments and social work intervention planning, implementation and review by means of creative and pragmatic solutions.
