The successful applicants will be working in a busy office environment supporting multidisciplinary teams of Team Managers, Advanced Practitioners, Professional Leads, Social Workers, Care Navigators, Reablement Officers, Occupational Therapists and Visual Impairment Officers.</p>\n<p>We are a supportive, competent and caring team.
