Salary Range: £16,781 - £17772 pa
Hours: 37 per week
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team which provides support to Hertfordshire Trading Standards, Fire Protection and Fire Prevention Officers. You will be a competent administrator with a good standard of education, experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and SAP, a team player with the ability to prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines and possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with staff and customers at all levels.
Duties are varied and include:- Dealing with confidential and sensitive matters, updating and computer databases and spreadsheets, arranging meetings and training courses, guiding and coaching new team members, general administration duties including reception, audio typing, finance, stock management, room bookings, ordering of goods and services. There may be occasions when you could asked to work at other locations and/or assist officers in the field, therefore a driving licence is desirable but not essential.
