Whilst relevant experience is required for the more senior role, we would also consider less experienced candidates who can show they have the knowledge, skills and attributes to support our team in progressing the local plan, other areas of planning policy, and the delivery of high-quality development.<br><br>Ideally you should hold a degree in Town and Country Planning or equivalent and be eligible for membership of the RTPI with a good understanding in the preparation of statutory development plans and an up-to-date knowledge of national planning policy, including the implications of recent legislation changes. Experience and knowledge of development management processes is desirable.
