Individual Needs Assistant
We are currently recruiting for an Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to work on a 1:1 basis within a year 3 classroom.
In addition you would be working with our team of midday supervisors helping with lunchtimes and developing a range of play opportunities.
You will be working with a child who needs support to access the curriculum. The support will take place, predominately, in their classrooms supported by their Class Teacher.
Experience of supporting children with autism or speech and communication needs would be beneficial to the role, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to provide the very best education possible.

About the role:
Individual Needs Assistant (Single Status Grade 3)
Salary £22,737 per annum (pro rata).
Midday Supervisory Assistant (Single Status Grade 2)
Salary £22,366 per annum (pro rata).
As the position is part-time/term time only, the above salary will be pro rata).
We are looking for a part-time Individual Needs Assistant for 13.25 hours a week, Monday afternoon, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning and Friday all day with MDSA for 3 hours a week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
