class=\"customHTML\">In addition to this, you will need strong communication skills and be able to provide advice to customers in writing, face-to-face and over the telephone.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">This position will require the successful applicant to be primarily involved in:</p>\n<ul class=\"customHTML\">\n<li class=\"customHTML\"><span class=\"customHTML\">Inspection of premises both residential and commercial</span></li>\n<li class=\"customHTML\"><span class=\"customHTML\">Visiting taxpayers, ratepayers and applicants in their homes or businesses as required</span></li>\n<li class=\"customHTML\"><span class=\"customHTML\">Undertake compliance work in relation to the tax and rate bases</span></li>\n<li class=\"customHTML\"><span class=\"customHTML\">Liaison with the Valuation Office Agency</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">You should have:</p>\n<ul class=\"customHTML\">\n<li class=\"customHTML\"><span
