Our Mental Health and Substance Misuse team is based in Hastings and our roles offer a hybrid working style, successfully combining office and home working, community visits and allowing you protected focus time. We are happy to consider your needs and can offer either part-time or full-time hours.
We are currently recruiting to the following roles:
- Senior Practitioner Social Worker (£44,650 to £47,724 per annum)
- Social Worker (£37,575 to £43,138 per annum)
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate core social work values, ensuring social justice, demonstrating the importance of valuing a person’s dignity, worth and focusing on their strengths. Candidates must also:
- Be a registered Social Worker.
- Have supervision skills. (applicable to senior practitioner social worker role)
- Be able to anticipate, assess, manage, and address risks.
- Demonstrate knowledge of appropriate legal and policy frameworks.
- Have experience of completing complex assessments.
- Have knowledge of psychological development, systemic approaches, and interventions.
