We have an exciting role available as part of our Parking Contracts team. Your role will be involved in almost every part of Parking Services, monitoring parking contracts to ensure our services are delivered in accordance with specifications.

About the role
You will work as part of a team of Performance Analysts and Data and Contracts Officers, reporting to a Team Leader. You will be required to work with large data sets from a number of different sources, analysing and reporting on this data as well as providing analysis and recommendations.
To provide the Parking Services with an oversight of services provided by contractors, developing key performance indicator dashboards and service development through analytical support and contract monitoring.
You will be able to understand how parking in the city works and the pressures on parking from different users. You will assist in the delivery of a first class, customer focused operation by ensuring the parking internal teams are supported and external contracts are running efficiently.
You will be confident working in a technical environment where emerging technology is used to manage and maintain and promote the council’s carbon neutral strategy. You will be committed to ensuring you are trained and up to date with new initiatives and systems to ensure the skills required to do the job well are developed in house.
This role is a Performance Analyst within the Parking Contracts Team.
Primary duties include:
*Producing complex data dashboards showing data trends for analysis
*Reviewing parking contractor performance
* To respond to high level Councillor enquiries, complex Freedom of Information requests and complaints

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
