We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Lead to join our team at Little Waves Community Nursery. Within this secondment role, you will be supported by an experienced Deputy and Nursery Manager, to develop new skills and access specific early years leadership training and coaching.<br><br>In this role, you will lead the room, ensuring staff deployment is effective and meets the needs of the children. You will support and oversee the teams lead areas within the room to ensure practice is developing. We have an exciting secondment opportunity to gain leadership experience whilst working in a thriving maintained nursery.
