Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

We are looking to recruit an energetic, patient and caring individual who has a passion for working with and supporting pupils with special educational needs.
Grovelands Community Primary School is looking to recruit an Individual Needs Assistant to support children within our mainstream setting.
The successful candidate should be prepared to work hard, be a positive and productive member of the staff team and respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life. We expect the most from our pupils so a candidate that has high expectations; has evidence of quality practice; will make learning fun and has a genuine belief that all children have the potential for success would be ideally suited to this post. If you have experience of working with children with special needs that would be preferable.
