Hold regular team meetings Your good rota management skills will ensure that the tenancy is adequately staffed at all times, complete support plans, positive handling plans, audits, and Health & Safety checks at the properties.  </p>\n\n<p>No two days are the same, you’ll enjoy a diverse workload and have the opportunity to stretch your skills.
