To help us succeed even further, we need professionals with people skills and customer focus. Those who can play a productive and positive role, both within their teams and with our customers and residents.
We have recently combined our Regeneration, Planning and Housing services to ensure that we can provide the highest level of service for our residents. The shared service will enable more joined up working between the separate teams and ensure that we are all working towards the same goals.
We are thriving as a borough, with significant regeneration happening throughout. We have a strong reputation for taking on big projects, consistently finding solutions to the challenges we face.
Talk to anyone within the council and they’ll tell you the same thing – our people love it here. There is an overwhelming feeling of pride, because big things happen here and the team know about our even bigger ambitions for the future.
