We are seeking a highly skilled Leader’s Support Manager to provide executive, policy, and operational support to the Leader, Cabinet, and the Leader’s Office. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of the Leader’s Office, coordinates Cabinet activities, and supports strategic initiatives, events, and communications. You will work closely with senior officers and external partners, anticipate emerging issues, and deliver high-quality advice to enable the Leader and Cabinet to achieve their priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a political environment, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage staff and resources effectively. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate strong relationship management, and be committed to collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. This is a politically restricted post and will require flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends.
