    Roles That Matter

    The role flexible fulfilling focused;

    This is a key role that provides vital cover during staff holidays sickness or peak activity times. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our services users are safe, supported, and engaged during their time with us.

    Tasks will include;

    • Assisting with activities, games and social engagement.
    • Providing personal care support, training provided.
    • Supporting mobility and assisting with meal times.
    • Supporting service users to hospital should a medical emergency arise.
    • Offering companionship and a friendly, reassuring presence. The contract one hour per week guaranteed.

    The Contract; 1 hour per week, Guaranteed, plus more.

    We offer a permanent contract of one paid hour per week, This ensures you remain a fully integrated member of our team.

    However, the real opportunity is in the relief cover.

    • You will be called upon as an occasional support assistant to cover shifts sometimes with short notice.
    • Shifts typically range from four (4) to six (6) hours during the day centres operating hours EG 9:00pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
    • This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to supplement an existing income a student, a retiree or a stay at home parent looking for rewarding flexible job.

    About You

    • Patience and empathy; Essential for supporting individuals with complex needs.
    • Reliability: You must be dependable and flexible enough to respond to occasional call outs.
    • Experience; Ideally, we are looking for someone with a caring role background, but not essential we value the right attitude above all else and provide comprehensive training.
