We are seeking an enthusiastic apprentice with an interest in business and information to join our ICT Services. The role will be supporting the Programme Planning Manager in developing a business-like approach to all projects within the ICT environment assisting Services across Chelmsford City Council. You will support the financial monitoring of ICT budgets, contracts and licenses and be a key role within the new ICT project management team.
This apprenticeship will be ideally suited to someone who wants to pursue a career in project management, and there will be great opportunities to develop skills and knowledge surrounded by professionals, with the potential for an opportunity to develop your professional career path with the Council.
The post is for 37 hours per week and includes dedicated study and training time during the week.
Please be aware that apprenticeship funding is targeted, and therefore government funding is not available for people with a level 4 or graduate qualification.
