    The Role

    - Assisting with personal care, toileting, eating, and hydration
    - Administering medication
    - Escorting residents to appointments
    - Supporting residents with activities and social engagement
    - Maintaining accurate care documentation
    - Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centred care

    What We’re Looking For

    - A kind, caring, and patient individual with a positive, can-do attitude
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
    - Good communication and documentation skills
    - Experience in elderly care, dementia, or challenging behaviour (desirable)
    - Commitment to upholding CQC standards and organisational policies
