The Governing Body and Headteacher of The Priory Parish CE Primary School are seeking a caring, committed and enthusiastic professional to join our valued team within our thriving Early Years provision.

We are looking for someone who shares our belief that every child has a God-given potential and deserves the opportunity to flourish ¿ academically, socially and spiritually. As part of our Christian family, you will help nurture our youngest learners, supporting them to discover their unique gifts and realise their God-given ability to change the world.

This role is especially suited to someone with experience of, or a strong interest in, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND). You will play a vital role in helping each child feel understood, included and confident, tailoring support to meet their individual needs and celebrating every step of their progress.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting high-quality Early Years teaching and learning.
Has experience of supporting children with SEND needs, adapting learning and provision to ensure inclusion and progress for all.
Understands child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
Demonstrates sensitivity, patience and understanding when supporting all learners.
Builds warm, trusting relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
Uses positive behaviour management rooted in empathy and encouragement.
Works collaboratively as part of a dedicated and compassionate team.
Shows initiative, flexibility and a reflective approach to their work.
In return, we offer:
Enthusiastic, curious children who love to learn and share their ideas.
A nurturing, faith-filled community where every individual is valued and supported.
A dedicated and supportive staff team and governing body who work together as one family.
Ongoing professional development, including SEND and safeguarding training.
A beautiful and well-resourced learning environment that encourages creativity and joy.

At The Priory Parish CE Primary School, our vision guides all we do:
As a Christian family, together, we will realise our God-given ability to change the world.

Joining us means becoming part of a community that values compassion, inclusion and hope where even the smallest acts of support can make a lasting difference in a childs life.

We warmly invite you to visit our school and experience our community in action.
