An exciting opportunity has arisen for an area working Team Leader to join our Clean, Safe and Green Team.

Working closely with the CSG Supervisor’s and Management Team, and supporting the Area Team Leader, you will be required to resolve basic job-related problems and coordinate the daily and weekly work program of your team in order to achieve the desired output and standards.

Successful applicants will need to be physically fit and able to undertake specialised works as associated with the Clean Safe and Green Service. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and will be required to demonstrate skills in driving and maintaining triple mowers, 3.5 tonne tipper vehicles with trailer, small plant and equipment. You will also be required to undertake minor repairs to this equipment in the field. You will be also required to successfully manage projects and work with contractors to ensure work is being completed to a satisfactory standard.

A current certificate in Herbicide application PA1/PA6 is desirable for the post. A full valid driving license is essential. A full list of required qualifications and experience can be found in the attached Job Description and Person Specification.

The posts are based at the Cupid Green Depot, Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead. Only those individuals who are able to satisfy and demonstrate the essential criteria in the person specification, up to and including Band 6, should apply
