Look no further! The Home Care service is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Duty Planner.

About the role

The duty planner’s role is key to the effective operation of the busy Home Care Service.

Key responsibilities are to effectively cover and plan rotas, to provide consistent advice, guidance and support to Service Users, staff and all stakeholders and to provide administrative support within the department.

Good IT skills are essential for the role and experience in a care- setting will be beneficial.

The Home Care service operates 365 days a year and the Duty Planner role includes working every other weekend, some evenings and some day shifts on a rolling rota basis. There may be opportunities to work additional hours in the service

As an agile worker you will work a combination of home based and office based hours on a rota basis.
