Hours - 28.80 hours per week. Monday – Friday (5 days per week) between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on a part time permanent contract.
- The Community Equipment service provides both daily living equipment and nursing equipment to people in need living in the Sefton geographical area. You will assist in providing an effective and efficient equipment loan service to disabled people of all ages, including children, to support them in developing their full potential and maintaining their health and independence.
- The main duties will involve day working in the Customer Services Department, providing administration support, booking of visits, use of database, accurate record keeping, with an excellent customer service manner responding to telephone calls and visitors to the Community Equipment Service. To also work in accordance with specified guidelines.
