Administrative Assistant – required to start ASAP

Trinity Fields School and Resource Centre is a busy, forward looking school that provides specialist education for 330 pupils aged 3 – 19 with a wide range of needs.

We are a Rights Respecting School. We are firmly committed to the United Nations Conventions of the Rights of the Child. We are also a Healthy School (we hold the Welsh Network of Healthy School Schemes National Quality Award) and an Inclusive School (we hold the IQM Flagship School status).

We have recently been inspected by Estyn (June 2019) who judged us to be EXCELLENT in all 5 inspection areas.

We are looking to appoint a highly committed and enthusiastic member of staff to join our school’s administrative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils' development and ensuring smooth, effective administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage pupil data via SIMS

Raising purchase orders via Proactis

School transport invoice authorisation

Pupil attendance reporting, analysis and monitoring

Liaise effectively with a range of professionals, parents and carers

Permanent: Salary: Grade 5, SCP 7-11, 37 hours per week, 41 weeks of the year. To commence ASAP (pending all employee checks), application forms can be accessed and submitted via Eteach.
