Broxbourne is an attractive district on the northern fringe of London with excellent access to all parts of the country. The M25 lies on the Borough’s southern boundary and Stanstead Airport is a short drive away.

The area has a mix of urban development and beautiful green belt countryside with a population of c.89, 000. It is a clean, tidy borough which has a low crime rate and low council tax.

We are looking for an experienced youth worker to take up a part time role developing opportunities and activities in a specific geographic area of the borough. Intergenerational activities and connecting with existing statutory and voluntary organsiations are a particular priority.

This is a one year post. The successful applicant will be willing and able to work on their own initiative. Activities may take place during evenings, weekends and school holidays as projects develop.
