You will assist the Senior Youth Officer in the operational management and development of the Borough wide youth provision and will be responsible for the ongoing development and quality assurance of the curriculum offer.
Experience of managing a range of youth provisions is essential, as is a track record of managing and motivating staff to deliver a creative and relevant service that secures positive outcomes for young people.
You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and deliver training for youth work staff and be familiar with management information and quality assurance systems.
Please note that the successful candidates will be required to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check.
