Role Purpose

To manage a multi-disciplined team in order to achieve, and exceed targets. To provide the very best customer experience and optimise sustainable quality job outcomes. To ensure the smooth delivery of the end to end customer journey managing effective communication and hand-off between varying job functions. To ensure that the team are maximising outcomes through strong caseload management and budgetary control of a job output performance related contract.

· Actively support a culture of best practise and work with colleagues to ensure change is implemented quickly and effectively.

· The ability to achieve results through well planned delivery processes.

· A track record of managing and coaching teams to achieve high performance targets.

· A wide understanding of the customer group and social environment in which the contracts operate and an ability to use this knowledge to ensure that the customer is at the heart of what we do.

· An ability to manage self and others and create clear plans and success criteria.

· An awareness of performance impact on the wider contract.

· Strong and effective communication skills.

· An ability to adapt to each environment both as a team leader and a team player
