Recruitment opportunities have arisen within our Refuse Team at The ECO Park, Advent Way, Edmonton, N18 3AG and also our Recycling Team at the Carterhatch depot, Melling Drive Enfield, EN1 4BS

5 x Waste Services Drivers Scale 5 points 22 – 25, £21,375 – £23,277pa

You will also receive 1 hour’s contractual overtime per week and are required to work on 5 Bank holidays excluding Christmas and New Year each year.

users of our Refuse and Recycling Services

If you would like to become a member of our team you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven ability to work as part of a team;

• Proven ability and willingness to work outdoors (in all weathers);

• Proven ability to work public holidays;

• Physically able to continuously lift heavy loads (within safety limits);

• Physically able to manouevre wheeled containers (within safety limits);

• Physically capable of walking long distances;

• Commitment to providing a quality service;

• Commitment to providing excellent customer care;

• Commitment to equal opportunities;

• Commitment to Health and Safety at work;

• Able to wear all personal protective clothing provided.

In addition, Drivers will need: A manual LGV Licence (class C).

Previous experience of working in a Waste Services environment or similar is desirable.
