The objective of this post is to provide senior management for a complex and high value procurement of a 25-year Waste Treatment PFI Project to meet the needs of 2 Metropolitan Councils. You will be required to successfully develop, manage and deliver all project management processes within a Competitive Dialogue framework leading to contract award in about 18 months time. With direct responsibility to the Waste Project Director you will work with minimal supervision and guidance on managerial, policy and financial issues and will be required to foster, develop and maintain constructive working relationships with key stakeholder groups including elected members and Senior Officers of the Council, other partner organisations and the wider community to secure anticipated outcomes.
As this post is suitable for a secondment interested applicants need to have secured the secondment agreement with their manager prior to application
