You will undertake work in connection with the monitoring of all contractors works, including Refuse Collection, Street Cleaning, Kerbside Recycling, Clinical Waste and Abandoned Cars Contracts.

You must be an excellent communicator, a team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will investigate complaints and liaise with both residents and contractors to resolve problems and promote the ‘Twin Bin’ service. Experience in recycling and waste related matters is desirable.

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English, you must be computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office Suite and will also be required to use the computer based contract monitoring system on a daily basis.

A clean driving licence together with possession of a vehicle insured for business use is essential for this post.
