The purpose of this role is to manage the activities of user acceptance test (UAT) teams on a daily basis, scheduling the testing and verification activities and to prepare and manage UAT. This will include the training of seconded end users in UAT processes and standards, enforcing the highest test standards and ensuring that testing conforms to the formal test protocols and procedures as laid down by the Test Manager.
The main responsibilities are to draft test plans for each project that requires UAT, to co-ordinate user involvement in UAT testing for individual projects and to manage the user acceptance teams during the execution of testing, acting as a stakeholder for the testing phase.
Candidates must be an ISEB software testing practitioner with software testing experience essential. Team Leader experience would be an advantage.
