This is a high profile opportunity to lead the programme to transform community services in Norfolk. The programme includes the redesign of adult social care under the Putting People First programme, developments with cultural services and with external partners.
Norfolk has a strong track record of delivery through the programme which has recently been reshaped to deliver the next tranche of change.
As part of a corporate programme office, you will be working closely with the departmental leadership managing a team of project managers delivering a major change programme in this £250 million business.
Your role will be to manage an efficient and effective programme as a key element of the Council’s change programme, to make a real difference to the lives of people in Norfolk. You will report to the Director of Commissioning, and under the direction of the Head of the Programme Office.
