The post holder will be responsible for supporting and facilitating both internal and external stakeholders to build a platform of sustainable skills and knowledge within GCC and the community around support planning and brokerage for service users of the Community and Adult Care Directorate.
This will be carried out by working with identified groups within Voluntary and Community Organisations, User Led Organisation’s and the Community and Village Agent Network through a variety of techniques, including support workshops and drop-in.
Interview Date: 30th September 2010.
This position requires an enhanced Criminal Record Bureau Disclosure check.
