Working as one of two Team Leaders responsible for 12 staff, you will organise staff resources and prioritise work areas to meet both legislative and income collection targets.

You will have significant experience of working in a parking administration back office and will have excellent legislative knowledge. Additionally you will be a quick learner, able to pick up our new Civica CE system and workflow module.

You also need to be IT literate, have staff and performance management experience as well as having a good track record of delivering.

You will be joining a leading parking section which is both a reference site for innovation and is currently developing customer self service via the web as well as introducing electronic Appeal Packs for forwarding on to PATAS.
