Within Extended Services we have a number of exciting projects involved in working alongside school and other services providing multi agency support to families.
The Think Family Project Manager’s role is to work both strategically and operationally across both Adults and Children and Young Peoples Services with the aim of increasing the support available for the parents of children and young people at risk of negative outcomes and ensure that they receive a coordinated package of parenting support. The Project Manager will lead on the implementation, coordination and evaluation of the think family model in Waltham Forest.
Education & Training Requirements:
· Higher education to degree level or equivalent
· A professional qualification relevant to the post
