EXECUTIVE OFFICE
TEMPORARY PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND SERVICE PLANNING OFFICER (MATERNITY COVER)
Scale E8 £27,052 – £29,236 (subject to job evaluation)

We are looking for someone with ambition and imagination to work with colleagues to initiate and deliver performance improvements across the Council.

Based in the Executive Office you will have key responsibility for:
• Service plan development and monitoring
• Data Quality
• Performance management monitoring and reporting.
• Maintaining the Council’s data collection and reporting system (ESTaR)

You will work with responsible officers to ensure that performance indicators are collected, interpreted and timely and accurately reported.

Your responsibilities include collecting and extracting data to produce accurate, timely reports to enable Managers to monitor performance and to deliver statutory information to the Government. You will assist in benchmarking, consultation and research and ensure service quality is monitored.

Self-motivated and well-organised, you will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. You should have strong IT skills, particularly spreadsheets and databases and be familiar with Comprehensive Area Assessment and best value principles.
