Chorley Council is looking for an experienced accommodation based support worker, to work as part of a team with overall responsibility for the provision of providing life skills and employability, to support people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. You will be based within our Homeless temporary accommodation project, Cotswold Supported Housing.

Cotswold Supported Housing is a 25 bed project, which provides accommodation and support services for those who are homeless, with an emphasis on embedding the Places of Change agenda into its core business. Chorley Council is committed to creating better life chances for our customers and to eliminating repeat homelessness.

1 full time position available (12 months fixed term post). The post holder will be required to work flexibly, including weekend and bank holiday working.
